Great central location.

Property was peaceful and perfect, I appreciated the stay.

the food was decent with lots of alternatives. very central location close enough to shops and restaurants, it was in a great area.

It was well-equipped, brand-new and with a balcony.

The penthouse suite we booked was spacious, featuring three separate bedrooms and a cozy sofa bed in the lounge. Although the location was perfect, right in the heart of Chamonix, I wished for better mountain views as we were mostly overlooking a parking lot. The apartment was clean, and the showers were fantastic.

Location: the hotel was short walk to all bus stops, supermarket, restaurants, countless nice restaurants and Chamonix valley. I loved well-equipped room, it had a very clean bed, a dishwasher, a fridge and an electric kettle.

The fruit juice at breakfast was a real winner, fresh and bursting with flavors! Plus, the kitchen in our apartment made cooking easy. The location was perfect for walking to nearby spots like Le Cap Horn and Bistrot Des Sports for dinner.

We were really looking forward to staying at this hotel, especially after seeing the great reviews. Upon arrival, the apartment was old and did not match the photos online. It still had its charms, but a little transparency would've made first impressions shine brighter.

Our initial experience was quite distressing due to unclean bathrooms that we found upon arrival. One shower had hair, and the other bathroom had lingering toothpaste residue. The response from staff regarding our complaints felt dismissive, and it took quite some time to address the situation.

It is a good hotel with modern amenities, a cozy atmosphere, and perfect access to nearby restaurants and attractions.

The nearby grocery store made meal prep easy. Enjoyed quiet evenings and the staff's warm service was a highlight.

My family had a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, just walking distance to shops and restaurants this trip a relaxing break.

Staying in a spacious apartment with fine views of Aiguille du Midi made our family vacation lovely. We loved the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen and the great location, just a short walk from a grocery store and the train station made exploring easy. The kids enjoyed trying sledding, and the area was bustling with cozy restaurants.

My kids wished for more family-friendly amenities available on-site.

The two-bedroom apartment was perfect for us! Super clean and comfy, we loved the mountain views from the balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the location was unbeatable-just steps away from shops and restaurants. The ski locker was a major bonus, too! A fan helped keep the room cool at night since it was a bit warm. Just a heads up, the website showing laundry services needs updating, as there's only laundry service now. A great stay!

Fantastic Stay with Fine Mountain Views

The location couldn't be better. We were just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by charming restaurants and shops. The apartment was tidy and well-maintained. One thing to note is that the bathroom was a bit tight, but it was clean, made up for it!
